Unlike typical PE firms driven by quick exits, Brickell Bay is operator-led and mission-driven. We invest with a philosophy of responsible stewardship helping companies grow sustainably while preserving their unique culture and legacy.

He previously worked at TCV and Brighton Park Capital, two leading software-focused investment firms. It was there he learned the challenge facing smaller software companies, which is what led him to starting Brickell Bay.
At Brickell Bay, we believe smaller software companies deserve the same level of respect and opportunity as their larger counterparts. Many of these businesses have critical, market-leading products, long-standing customer relationships, and exceptional teams; yet they often operate under the radar due to their size. For years, there’s been a gap in the market: no clear long-term home for these types of companies. We’re here to change that.
We acquire and hold vertical software companies with the intention of keeping them independent. Each business retains full autonomy while gaining access to a collaborative network of peers across our portfolio.
